Wilma J. Bray, 79, died on Friday, August 9, 2019 at her Jackson, TN residence surrounded by her loving family under the care of AseraCare Hospice. A native of Kentucky, Wilma was born on June 12, 1940 the daughter of the late Carl and Lucy Broughton Smith. She was married to Donald Bray, Sr. who preceded her in death.
