William M. "Bill" Lacy, 90, died Wednesday morning March 1, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born in Memphis, TN on September 16, 1926 the son of the late William Moss and Mary Ellis Lacy. He was a retired investment banker and served in the United States Navy. Bill is survived by his wife Lucile Lacy of Jackson, TN, one son Ray Lacy of Atlanta, GA, one daughter, Mary Lacy of Plano, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Marsha Lacy.
