Vince Buehler, beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at his home in Jackson, TN. He was 63 years old.
Vince was born on November 30, 1962, in Memphis, TN. He is the son of the late Arthur Buehler and the late George “Bud” and Lynne Spragins Dodson. Vince lived a life marked by dedication to his family, a deep love for the outdoors, and a remarkable professional journey.
Vince earned his degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He had an entrepreneurial spirit throughout his professional years. Vince, alongside his stepfather, George “Bud” Dodson, co-owned the Highland Park Grocery fostering strong community ties for many years. Prior to his passing, Vince retired from Pictsweet where he worked for two decades as a Sales Manager.
Vince’s passions extended well beyond his professional life. Vince embraced the outdoors as an avid hiker and cyclist. He also enjoyed playing the piano. Many who knew Vince recall his countless hours spent on the Tennessee River, a place where he found peace. In his younger years, Vince delighted in sailing and playing tennis, reflecting a lifelong love for active pursuits. Vince’s warmth and generosity shone brightest when he was surrounded by those he loved, often grilling favorite foods and creating memories with family and friends.
Vince was a devoted husband to Stacey Wiles Buehler, to whom he was married for thirty-one years. Together they nurtured their son, Will Buehler, whose presence brought him immeasurable joy. Vince’s bonds extended to his siblings, including his sister, Christianna Bohs and her husband Tom, along with their daughter, Lydia; his brother, Jeff Buehler and his wife Laura, along with their children Kyle, Zach, and Megan; and Vince’s twin brother, Vic Buehler and his wife Gerri, with their children, Victoria and Christian.
Vince was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Buehler; his mother, Lynne Spragins Dodson and his stepfather, George “Bud” Dodson.
A visitation to honor Vince’s life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 11:00-1:00 followed by a short memorial service in the Chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating Vince’s legacy, a life defined by love and commitment.
