Mr. Wade Brown, age 72, died peacefully on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Jackson-Madison County Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Jackson, TN the son of Gene and Marthalene Collins Brown and raised by Cliff and Hazel Butler. He was a retired Insurance Agent for Modern Woodmen and was a member of Mercer Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Shila Foote Brown of Mercer, TN, three sons: Steven (Robin) Brown of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, Jeff (Felicia) Brown of Memphis, TN, and William (Dana) Brown of Medon, TN, one brother, Keith Brown of Jackson, TN and one sister, Gina Brown of Jackson, TN, nine grandchildren; Peter, Preston, Jude, Kristin, Tyler, Olivia, Matthew, Katy, and Gracie, and 8 great-grandchildren. SERVICES: The family will be receiving friends on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. with a Celebration of Life Service following at 6:00 P.M. at Arrington Funeral Directors.
