Stephen J. Thomas, age 65, died suddenly on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born in La Rochelle, France to the parents of Robert and Mary Waterman Thomas. He was retried as a Professional Driver for YRC, loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, enjoyed hunting, target practicing, DIY Builder, was a Shriner, and loved his cherished Schatzi, his rottweiler. Mr. Thomas was a Navy Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of First Baptist Church, in Bolivar, TN. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Pamela Thomas of Bolivar, TN; two daughters, Katelyn Thomas of Bolivar, TN; and Stephanie (Art) Flores of San Antonio, TX; one brother, John (Cathy) Thomas of Tucson, AZ; two sisters, Sandy Doss of El Paso, TX; Susan (Clyde) Arnold-Smith of Colorado Springs, CO; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, James Thomas.
