Stephen Edward "Eddie" Parimore, age 58, of Jackson, TN, sadly passed away on January 31, 2023, at Regional One in Memphis, TN, following a brief illness. Born in Jackson, TN, on February 21, 1964, he was the son of the late Troy and Molly Williams Parimore. Eddie graduated from Jackson-Central Merry High School and from Jackson State Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Nursing. He worked as a registered nurse for many years before leaving healthcare. Always willing to help others, he also worked as a volunteer firefighter/first responder and for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). At the time of his death, he was working for the Kellogg Company. Eddie was known for having a big heart, always quick to help those in need. Having a love for water skiing and playing golf, he enjoyed all types of sports. He was a loyal football fan of the UT Vols and the TN Titans. Watching his daughter, Sydney, play softball was a joy for him. He adored spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, "the light of his life," Sydney Parimore of Martin, TN; brother, Phil Parimore of Jackson, TN; sister, Paige Culbreath (Andy) of Nashville, TN; nieces, Taryn Morris (Josh) of Medina, TN, Taylor Wright (Preston) of Corinth, MS, and Tatum Winans (Rob) of Jackson, TN; nephews, Andrew Hadley (Frances) of Little Rock, AR and Williams Hadley, of Nashville, TN, plus three great-nieces and three great-nephews. Eddie is also survived by his dear friend, Amye Renfroe, of Jackson, TN. Service: A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Eddie will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Chuck Maxwell officiating.
