Ruby C. Murphy, age 66, died Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Jackson-Madison County Hospital after a brief illness. She was born the daughter of James and Lura Waldington Clark in Milan, TN. She was retired as a nurse for the Jackson-Madison County Health Department. Ruby loved to cook, watching westerns, television shows like Columbo and Perry Mason, shopping, music, and she cherished her family. She was a Jehovah Witness of faith. She is survived by her two daughters, Quenby Murphy of Columbus, GA; Jonie Murphy of Cordova, TN; one sister, Mary Vonner of Milan, TN; five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Mitzi Murphy, two brothers, James Clark, and Jeffery Clark, and one sister, Shirley Pollard.
