Royce F. Magee, age 72, died on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at his residence. Royce was born in Hohenwald, TN on May 23, 1946, the son of the late Arnold Franklin and Etta Brownie Pipkin Magee. He was retired as a lineman with Jackson Energy Authority with over thirty-three years of service. He was a member of Northside United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Sandra Kemp Magee; a son, Keith Magee and wife Rita of Hartsell, AL; a daughter, Tammy Hurst and husband Brian of Medina, TN two sisters, Pat Sommers and Pam Ozment both of Trenton and five grandchildren, Bake Hurst, Cole Magee, Chandler Maynard, Brock Hurst and Aubrey Magee. SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Northside United Methodist Church with Dr. Don Thrasher officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 1:30 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday prior to the service at the church.
