On Monday, January 30, 2023, Raymond "Buddy" Fry, beloved husband and father, passed away at the age of 71. He was born on December 29, 1951, in Jackson, TN, the son of the late Raymond and Hope Garey Fry. Buddy graduated from Murray State University and then worked in consumer finance. He married Judy Wilson in 2007 and loved spending time with her and their dogs. One of his favorite past times was to watch the University of Memphis Tigers football and basketball teams. Buddy was best known for his generous spirit, love of Tigers sports and enjoying good food. Other than his parents, he was predeceased by his twin sister, Gayle Rhea. He is survived by his wife, Judy of Jackson, TN; son, John Fry (Brandi) of Nolensville, TN; stepson, Josh Sharp of Chattanooga, TN; sister, Carolyn Dash; grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. SERVICE: The Memorial Service for Buddy will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors.
