Alta "Mary" Arnold age 71 of Jackson, TN passed suddenly on March 26, 2017. She was born on January 10, 1946, the daughter of Frances Loyd and the late Ernest Neal Loyd. Mary was a graduate of Jackson High School and McCollum & Ross Cosmetology. She retired from the Jackson Madison County School System as a special education assistant. Mary had a major impact on the lives of numerous young people. Mary was married to Frank Arnold for 50 years and has two children, Bill Arnold (Sherry) and Christy Arnold Baumgardner (Keith). Mary is also survived by her two grandsons, Jace and Nathan, her sister, Jane Shull (Bill), brother in-law JP Arnold (Patsy), three nieces and one nephew. SERVICES: A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 with funeral immediately following on Wednesday March 29, 2017 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors in Jackson TN.
