Martha Jane Parsons, 78, of Memphis, TN lost her battle with cancer on Saturday, April 17. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Warren Allen Parsons of Memphis, TN., son Dr. Paul Parsons (Sue) of Brentwood, TN, daughters Gail White (Lindsey) of Jackson, TN and Lisa Murphy (Loyal) of Memphis; two grandchildren Lori Ralls Gambill (Quest) of Huron, TN, and Patrick Murphy of Memphis and sister Marian Stanley of Honolulu, Hawaii as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in the Wilson Chapel of Christ United Methodist Church, 4488 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 24.
