Karen Faye West (Webb), a cherished soul whose warmth and friendliness touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, at her residence in Jackson, TN.
She was born on September 29, 1953, in West Helena, AR, the daughter of the late Jimmy H and Gwen Kuhre. Karen's journey through life was marked by her loving nature, thoughtfulness, and an unwavering dedication to her family and community.
Karen's life was one of service and commitment, exemplified by her remarkable career in the banking sector. For over four decades, she was a familiar and trusted face in the banking industry, retiring from the Bank of Jackson. Her professionalism and integrity made her a respected figure amongst her colleagues and clients alike.
Her Christian faith was a cornerstone of her existence. Karen was an active member of Englewood Baptist Church, where she found spiritual solace and fellowship. Her belief in kindness and compassion was evident in every interaction, and her actions often reflected the teachings of her faith.
Karen's love for her family was boundless. She shared a beautiful life with her husband, Rick Webb, and their family that was the center of her world. The joy of Karen's life was further multiplied by her adoring grandchildren, Alec, Blake, and Taylor Jackson, Marlee and Madison Webb, as well as her great-grandchildren, Reagan, Zander, and Hunter Jackson, and many nieces and nephews who will carry forward her legacy of love and kindness.
An avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan through and through, Karen followed the team with enthusiasm and pride. Her love for her Koi pond and flower gardening provided her with a serene retreat where she could revel in the beauty of her surroundings.
