Mr. Frank Farmer, Jr., 80, died on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Frank was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 4, 1932, the son of the late Frank and Mary Louise Kiker Farmer. He attended Wofford College in South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelors degree in Psychology. He was a self made businessman, salesman and entrepreneur. He was a member of Northside United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Bennie Farmer of Jackson, TN; two daughters, Leslie Senter of Oakfield, TN and Lynne Farmer of Memphis, TN; a grandson, Andrew Senter of Oakfield, TN and a brother, Robert Farmer of Baton Rouge, LA. SERVICES: Funeral services for Mr. Farmer will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 8, 2013 at Northside United Methodist Church with Dr. Don Thrasher officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the church. Pallbearers to serve will be Glen Penny, Eddie Crouthers, Bob Holman, Ed Ellis, Bill Elinor and Warren Johnson. Burrus Nichols will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
