Frank M. Bailey, Jr. entered his heavenly home on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at his residence with his loving wife by his side at the age of 79. He was born in Dyer, TN on September 21, 1943, the son of Frank M. Bailey, Sr., and Jeri Pentecost Bailey. Frank served as director of many departments with the City of Jackson with thirty-five years of service. He and his wife are members of Calvary Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Faith Sunday school class and served as a greeter each Sunday. He is survived by his wife, Karen Bailey; his son, Frank M. "Tre" Bailey III and his wife Misty; four grandchildren, Sage Andress, Miranda Bailey, Savannah Bailey, and Ethan Bailey, along with many special nieces and nephews. SERVICES: A memorial service for Frank will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Snuffin officiating. The family will be receiving friends and family on Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. until the service time of 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church.
