Funeral services for Florence Ann Osborne, 65, will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 10, 2010 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Osborne died on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital after a long illness. Florence was born in Shelby County, KY on December 16, 1944, the daughter of the late Austin and Mildred Hawkins. She was a member of Enville Baptist Church in Enville, TN.She is survived by her husband James Sidney Osborne, Sr. of Saltillo, TN; two step sons, James Donald Osborne of Jackson and James Sidney Osborne, Jr. of Stockton, CA; four sons, Pryor victory Scruggs, Terry M. Scruggs and Jerry M. Scruggs all of Eastwood, KY and Robert Christopher Scruggs of Jackson, GA; a daughter, Linda L. Patterson of Jackson, TN; a brother, Dennis W. Hawkins of Jackson, GA and three sisters, Brenda Joyce Hawkins of Jackson, GA, Janet Marie Hawkins of Eastwood, KY and Bonnie Sue Hawkins of Nicholasville, KY.The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
