Emogene Frazer Lockhart, age 98, of Jackson, TN passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Emogene was born September 2, 1923 in Yazoo City, MS to the late Thomas Ural and Mary Lyle Frazer. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Andrew "Jake" Lockhart; five brothers; and four sisters. She is survived by her sons, Jack Lockhart (or William J.) of Jackson, TN, Gene Lockhart of Jackson, TN, and Robert F. Lockhart of New Iberia, LA; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
