Douglas Richard Kreppel passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at the age of 82. Douglas was born to the late Edward and Dorothy Denman Kreppel on March 17, 1941, in Buffalo, NY. He married Carolyn Czochara on May 11, 1963. Together, they shared a happy life together and had three children. Later in life he worked as a technician at Columbus McKinnon. His hobbies included hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Dorothy Kreppel; and brother, Mark Kreppel. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 60 years, Carolyn Kreppel; son, Tim Kreppel; daughters, Jean Munson and Sandra Staup (Randy); grandchildren, Meghan, Daniel, Katie, & William; and great-grandchild, Jayden.
