Dorothy Lou Yarbrough, age 71, departed this life on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Maplewood Healthcare in Jackson, TN. Dorothy was born November 30, 1951, in Jackson, TN to the late Art Ingram and Annie Williamson. She was a graduate of West high school. Later in life she worked at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital as a nurse. Her hobbies included being an artist of creativity. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Marcus F. Yarbrough of Chicago, IL and Eric Yarbrough of Nashville, TN; grandson, Cameron Bates of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Lonnie Williamson of Jackson, TN, Rome Huntsman of Jackson, TN, Burtenia A. Huntsman of Jackson, TN, Sherrance L. Huntsman of Jackson, TN, and Candace Brown Lee all of Dallas, TX. Aside from her parents and grandparents she was also preceded in death by a brother Ricky Huntsman. An inurnment will take place 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Highland Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
