Obituary

Doris E. Enfinger, 87 died on Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Doris was born in a community named Little Cornered Sudbury in Essex, England on August 7, 1926, the daughter of the late George and Florence Mary Stiff. She was married to Charles Enfinger who preceded her in death in November 1993. Doris, a homemaker, was a faithful Saint of God and a member of Faith Apostolic Church where she was very dedicated to their foreign missions efforts. She also enjoyed gardening and cooking and being with her family. She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Duncan of Canton, MS and Marie Elmore and husband Donnie of Memphis, TN, Tommy Hart of Jackson, TN, Michael Enfinger and wife Tanya of Jackson, TN and Richard Enfinger and wife Maria of Henderson, TN; step-sons, Dennis Enfinger of San Francisco and David Enfinger of Jackson, TN, two sisters, Rene Gatward and Olene Brown and a brother, Victor Stiff all of Holstead Essex, England; twenty grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. She was preceded by two children, Bobby Hart and Harold Victor Hart. SERVICES: A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Larry Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
