Donna R. Turner, 72, a resident of Jackson, TN, since 1990, died on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She is survived by a son, Scott Paul Turner of San Francisco, CA; a daughter, Traci Lee Turner of Dorchester, MA; two brothers, Carl Emerson Rhoads, III of Shreveport, LA and Tommy Lyn Rhoads (Roxane) of Jackson, TN; and a nephew, Quincy Rhoads. SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 1, 2018 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors.
