Diana Kay McConnell, age 74, entered her heavenly home Sunday, February 27, 2022, at her Henderson, TN residence. She was born January 21, 1948, in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of late Elmer and Helen Faye Keller Reed. Diana was a loving wife and mother who took immense pride in raising and caring for her family. She enjoyed doing cross-stitch, making cards, hosting exchange students and other guests in her home, as well as volunteering with various cancer organizations. Diana and her husband were members of Campbell Street church of Christ. Diana is survived by her husband, Van McConnell of Henderson, TN; son, Chris McConnell of Jackson, TN; daughter, Vanessa Adams and husband Tom and their daughter, Layla of Memphis, TN. SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2022, in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors, with John Tibbs officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
