Cornelia Deere Bryant Graveside services for Cornelia Deere Bryant, 72, will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Rock Hill Cemetery in Henderson County. Mrs. Bryant died on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Arrington Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.Mrs. Bryant was born in Lexington, TN the daughter of William L. Deere and the late Laura Mae Graves. She was married to Robert Bryant who preceded her in death in 1983. She was a former secretary at Northside High School of Jackson and a long-time member of Grace Baptist Church of Jackson.She is survived by two sons, Phil Bryant and wife Sandi of Jackson and Jeff Bryant of Sugar Tree, TN; her father and step mother, William L and Ophelia H. Deere of Lexington, TN; a brother, Bill Deere and wife Janie of Germantown, TN and four grandchildren, Trent Bryant, Stephanie Powell and husband J.P., Daniel Lee and Chris Lee.She was preceded in death by a daughter Sherry Bryant Lee in 1986.The family will be receiving friends on Monday, November 9, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
