Mr. Cobb died on Friday, May 4, 2012 at the West Tennessee Veterans? Home in Humboldt. Arrington Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.A native of Jackson, TN, he was born on March 3, 1921, the son of the late Elva and Philura Pate Cobb. He was married to Alice ?Toots? Cobb who preceded him in death in June 2002. He was a retired hardware salesman working for several companies during his employment. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard and later the U. S. Air Force during WWII as a Prop Specialist.
