Carroll D. Caudle peacefully entered his heavenly home on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Maplewood Healthcare Center of Jackson at the age of 74.
He was born in Pottsville, AR on Friday, September 3, 1948, the son of the late W. J. and Joanne Kendrick Caudle. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Carroll and his family then moved from Pine Bluff, AR in 1982 and worked as an Optician with Muller Optical. He was an avid gardener & loved taking care of his plants and lawn. He spent many days playing with his grandchildren & dogs whom he loved dearly.
Carroll is survived by his wife Ann Caudle & two sons, Jason & Jared Caudle, of Jackson, TN; Four grandchildren: Keirsten, Cameron, & Brayden Caudle of Henderson, Tn; Phoenix McLeod of Scottsboro, AL & One great-grandchild, Magnolia McLeod also of Henderson, Tn.
He is also survived by one sister, Martha Ann Caudle & four brothers, Lanney Caudle & wife Sheila, Paul Rae Caudle, Michael Caudle and wife Betsy, all of Mayflower, Arkansas; & John Mark Caudle and wife Melonie of Birmingham, Alabama.
Along with his parents, W. J. & Joanne, he was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Dale Caudle & his beloved stepmother Alpha Caudle.
SERVICES: A funeral service for Carroll will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. The burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
The Caudle family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.
