Anthony Augustine, 98, of Jackson, TN passed away Monday March 10, 2014 at Northbrooke Healthcare. He was born June 18, 1915 in Scalp Level, PA the son of the late John and Stella Augustine. Tony was stricken with Polio at an early age, which he overcame and had a long career with the Secretary of States office in Michigan. He was a past president of the Lions Club in Monroe, MI and Sebring, FL; a past president of Lambertville, MI Civic Club; a member of the Ruritan Club of Jackson, TN and a member of Browns United Methodist Church. He is survived by his sons, Bob Augustine and wife Pat of Jackson, TN and Richard Augustine and wife Cheryl of Brooklyn, MI; 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
