Aaliyah Alexandra Ayala, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on August 4, 2024, in her hometown of Jackson, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Jackson, Tennessee on October 3, 2002, the daughter of Donna Pusser Bond and Luis Alberto Ayala Munoz.Aaliyah's vibrant spirit and love for life were evident from a young age. She found great joy in activities like dance, playing softball, and go-cart racing. Her passion for adventure extended to traveling, shopping, attending concerts, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Aaliyah will be fondly remembered for her deep affection for animals and her infectious laugh that lit up any room.
She is survived by her loving mother, Donna Pusser Bond, and her father, Luis Alberto Ayala Munoz (Rosalinda Galvan Silva). Aaliyah leaves behind her grandparents Jerry and Patricia Pusser, Moises Ayala Vazquez, and Evangelina Munoz Rosales De Ayala. She will also be deeply missed by her sisters Brynlee Merriweather, Karmen Ayala, Eva Ayala, Luna Ayala, Bonus Sisters, Ellie Ramirez Grubbs, and Lili Ramirez. Aaliyah's closest friends Taylen and Winston Permenter, and Aysha Mann are left with cherished memories of their time together.In addition to her immediate family and closest friends,
Aaliyah is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous close friends who were touched by her kindness and warmth.
SERVICES: A funeral service to honor the wonderful life of Aaliyah Alexandra Ayala will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at East Union Baptist Church with Rev. Jeremy Brown officiating.
Visitation with family and friends with be held Saturday, August 10, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continuing until the service time.
Pallbearers will be Winston Permenter, Jaydon Bond, Will Lancaster, Hannah Wooley, Daniel DeLoach, Latham Butler, Cameron Laws and Lance Butler
Aaliyah's legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished beyond measure.
